Drivers side blew heat, passenger side A/C on January 1st. Took it to Buick dealership and it was $125part/$300 labor.
HOWEVER, The part that switches from cold/hot NOT LISTED on my blue contact. ITs part of A/C BUT NOT THAT EXACT PART. Spoke to 3 folks at TOCO....all said, "read the fine print on page 96=the consumer NEEDS to know ALL the 1,200 parts of the system." Bottom Line: NO HEAT...NOT COVERED. Looking for a way to seek arbitration since A/C is clearly listed as covered.
THE CONSUMER CANNOT KNOW EVERY SINGLE INTERNAL PART THAT MAKES THE CAR HOT OR COLD! CRAZINESS
