I was wooed into taking out this policy by sales reps. They promised me the moon and I got pluto (which isn't even a planet anymore).

Toco is a scam and NO ONE should buy it. Isn't it a coincidence that NOTHING, again NOTHING that is wrong with my truck is covered. N O T H I N G!!!! Its like they know what is going going to go wrong with your specific type of vehicle, common traits of those vehicles, and they skew these things into a list of what they cover.

For example, electrical. My blendor actuator motor went bad in my RAM pickup truck. That's not such an unusual thing to happen. What it means is that when I turn on the AC or the heat, I get no air out of my vents.

I do get defrost air buy that's it and the air is always hot. So, it's going to cost me $115 just for taking it into the dealer because some things were not working. I am so screwed. It does no good to call them because they only quote whats on the contract.

However, it doesn't matter what the sales rep said, they just want to make their commission. They are liars and cheats and anyone who takes out a warranty with them is going to get screwed, just like I did. I am no ***, but they got me!!!!! Are you next?

I hope not. No one can think of asking a sales rep everything that could go wrong with a vehicle so you have to go what I went through. Find out the hard way. I did cancel and I will get my money back, but I'm still stuck with the dealer expenses.

If there is anyway I can mess up this company, I will do it.

I'm starting with consumer rights and the better business bureau. If there is anyway I can get this company out of business, I will do it.

Why would a company quote what is in the contract?

Maybe, because that's WHAT'S COVERED?!?! That's not shady at all, to only covered what's covered.

I believe the consumer meant when questioning YOU about coverages. Explanations can be provided to the average person who don't speak "contract lingo".

And I say "YOU" because you must be a very loyal employee with a great deal of time to surf the Internet for bad reviews and offer condescending rebuttals and implications (ie, Joke2) that insult YOUR customer base.

Truly disgusting. I guess the "joke" really was on this consumer who purchased a policy from your company.
